I found a bunch of cute stuff, but of course none of it was available in my size. Like, give me a break, why show me all these great options if I can’t actually buy them?

I reached out for help and did not hear back until a few days later. By then, I was already frustrated. The response itself was fine, but the wait was not great.

I kept getting emails hyping up this big discount, so I finally went to shop and use the code. Of course, once I had a cart together, it said the promo wasn’t valid on most of the stuff I picked. The few things it did work on were basically leftovers.
It felt like the whole promo was just there to get me on the site and shopping. I reached out to customer service and all they did was point me back to the fine print, which didn’t help at all. Not ordering again.

I’ve ordered from avenue a few times, the prices are okay, just okay. They do have some good deals when there’s a sale going on, and that’s usually when I’ll buy. But at regular price, some of the stuff feels a little high for what it is. The quality is kind of hit or miss too, some things hold up fine, and some really don’t. So yeah, I’ll still shop there, but only on sale, only on sale. Overall, it’s decent value, but nothing I’d get too excited about

I found so many cute designs and there was a lot to choose from so it was kind of fun just browsing through everything and finding styles I actually liked

I ordered from avenue.com and the whole delivery process just felt off from the start. The tracking kept changing, then suddenly stopped updating for days, so I was basically left guessing where my package even was.
It did finally show up, but way later than expected, and customer service never really gave me a clear answer. I’m not sure I’d order again unless they get their shipping figured out.

I ordered a couple of tops from avenue, and one of them fit well, but the other was just too big on me. Starting the return wasn’t really difficult, but I did have to go back and read the instructions again because some parts were a little... yeah.
The exchange ended up taking longer than I thought it would, and the updates didn’t come as quickly as I was hoping. Customer service did get back to me, so that was good, just not exactly fast or anything.

I did eventually get the right size, so it all worked out in the end. I just think the return process could be a bit smoother. Not awful, not great either, just kind of...

I got what I ordered, so that was good. Nothing was mixed up or weird with it, just the right stuff showed up.

I ordered from avenue.com thinking everything would show up in about a week, so I was feeling okay about it at first. But then the order just kind of sat there with no real updates, i started getting more annoyed every time I checked the tracking.
The tracking finally changed after I emailed, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be. The clothes were fine once they arrived, so I wasn't totally upset, but the slow shipping definitely put me in a bad mood. I’d probably only order again if I wasn’t in any rush.

It’s just nice to shop somewhere and not immediately wonder if they even carry my size... Avenue has a really good mix of plus size stuff that’s actually cute!! Not just the same boring basics everywhere. The fit has been solid for me so far, and when I did need to return something, it was super easy!!! Definitely takes a lot of the stress out of shopping.

I grabbed these on a whim and I’m happy with them. The clothes feel nice and have held up well so far. The only thing is the sizing feels a little off, so I’d definitely double-check before ordering...

Avenue.com is fine for basic shopping, I guess. I was able to find what I needed, so there’s that. The filters can be a little slow, and some pages take their sweet time loading, which is always fun when you’re just trying to shop quickly. Not the worst experience, but definitely not what I’d call smooth

I sent my order back to avenue after my sister convinced me to give them a try, and the tracking clearly shows they received the return. But it’s been weeks now and my refund still hasn’t shown up. Every time I reach out, I just get the same generic response telling me to wait a few more days.

It’s really frustrating because they had no problem taking the payment right away, but getting my money back feels like a whole process. I wanted to like the experience, especially since someone close to me recommended them, but after this I don’t see myself ordering again.

I usually know fast if I’m going to like something based on how it feels, and this one passed that first check. The fabric is soft and comfy, though it is a little thinner than I expected. Overall, good for everyday wear

I ordered a couple of tops and a pair of pants, and the sizing was kind of hit or miss. The tops fit true to size, but the pants were way looser in the waist than I expected. It wasn’t the worst, but it definitely didn’t feel consistent. I ended up keeping one item and returning the other. I also wish the size chart had been more useful, it was annoying that there wasn’t any follow-up after the return either
